Set it Up Right

Cooking and grilling is super fun but that is not the only step to a successful meal. There are several others parts that matter greatly and set you up to win.

These three start you out right and ensures your guests will love your meal. Spend some time in preparation and use the right combination of seasonings and work hard on the taste. Cook using the right length of time and the right fire set up and don't over cook or under cook.Get it just right by knowing your cooking times for each type of meat. Last but now least, serve your food at the right temperature. Plan your meal so that all the parts are ready at the same time to serve at a warm and pleasing temperature. Serving food that is too hot to eat or too cold to eat is not the right way to cook and serve.

To really show your skills off, set the table in advance for your special occasion. Try using a theme that matches the event or the type meal you are serving. An easy example is if you are grilling barbeque with beans and potato salad, set the table accordingly like using glass jars for drinks, red bandanas for place mats, and other country decor.

Here are a few pics I have used to give you and idea for setting it right and making the meal not only tasty but fun. You get the picture right?
